My maternal grandparents were English immigrants who left home as newlyweds to make a new life in the United States. They lived in a Scottish/English neighborhood where I spent lots of time enjoying traditional fish and chips (wrapped in newspaper, of course!); bacon and buttered toast; hot, sweet tea; and treats from the local bakery.

When I discovered this wonderful shop on Etsy, I was completely charmed. From Hot Cross Buns to soft-boiled egg in a cup, there are lots of delicious memories to enjoy. The artist hand-crafts these lovelies using recycled felted wool. I think the details are just amazing!
